Zero-Waste
Many of. our pieces are restored from vintage frames; any imperfections are character building and not intended as flaws. We communicate the physical condition of each piece and sell ‘as is’ after much care and attention has been payed to restoring the piece. We work with a zero-waste mentality and therefore use all aspects of the materials that we employ. Again, we see imperfections that do not hinder the integrity of our pieces as intentional and not to be considered flaws. but rather hint to the history of each piece or material.
Returns
Full-price merchandise may be returned/exchanged within seven (7) days after arrival. Store credit is also available. After seven (7) days, store credit only. Returned items must be in an unused condition and in original packaging. Approval by phone or email is necessary before sending items back. Please pack carefully- we are not responsible for any damage that occurs in the return shipment. Your original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for all return shipping fees. We are not responsible for the compensation of lost packages in transit to us without proof of delivery. Store credits are good for one year from the date of issue.
Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of package arrival.
Discounted/sale merchandise is final sale.

Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not share your information and we do not use it for any reason other than processing your order. We do not send additional emails unless it is pertaining to your order or if you have signed up for our newsletter.
